  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase MonsterWriter more than once.
  • Trial Period Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription within the trial period (if applicable), you will not be charged.
  • Product Dissatisfaction: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the product and provide a valid reason.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The reason for the refund is a change of preference rather than a functionality issue.
